As our first product hire, you'll own the full product function, strategy, roadmap, and delivery, rather than sitting in just one half of it. You'll work directly with our founder to decide what we build next, and with engineering to get it shipped. This is a senior, generalist role for someone who's comfortable moving between vision and detailed user stories in the same day.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap in partnership with our founder
- Turn strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria engineering can build from
- Run discovery with traders, brands, and venue hosts to validate what we build
- Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
- Act as the connective tissue between founder, engineering, and users
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience, spanning both strategy and hands-on delivery
- Track record of shipping product with a small or resource-constrained team
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform products
- Experience as an early product hire at a startup
- Technical background or ability to understand engineering trade-offs
