Bluecoat is Liverpool's centre for contemporary arts, housed in a Grade I listed building of 1716-17 on School Lane in the city centre. The Performance Space is its largest hireable room and is used for many of Bluecoat's own contemporary visual art events and performances, as well as conferences, networking events and product launches. In-house technical support is included with the hire. The wider building also holds free public galleries, a print studio, artist studios, a bistro and a garden.
