The Space is its largest hireable room, seating 120 on tiered theatre seating or holding 300 standing, with exposed concrete walls and professional video and audio systems. It is configured flexibly for conferences, performances, launches and parties. The building also holds free public exhibition galleries, a studio, a meeting room and a licensed cafe bar.
